Frying eggs on this thing is a joy—the carbon steel heats evenly and releases them with just a tiny nudge. It’s light enough to flip a pancake one-handed, and the finish already looks like a well-loved pan after a week of use.
The seasoning took quickly and the surface is slicker than my old pan after just a week of daily egg duty. It’s become my go-to for a quick fried egg breakfast, and clean-up is just a wipe with a paper towel.
It's heavier than it looks, but that heft makes it feel like it'll last for generations. My eggs slide right off after just a few uses, and the smooth surface is a dream to wipe clean.
