The griddle sits perfectly on my existing No. 12 skillet, so it's become my go-to for weekend pancakes without taking up extra cabinet space. Cooking surface is dead flat and the factory-second blemishes are honestly invisible unless you're hunting for them.
The machined surface is perfectly smooth after a quick season, and it sits rock-steady over my No. 12 skillet—no wobble at all. Pancakes and eggs slide right off, and the whole thing cleans up in under a minute.
Fit it over my No. 12 skillet and the whole thing becomes one massive cooking surface—perfect for a full batch of pancakes without crowding. The flat top is smooth and took seasoning easily, though you do have to treat it like cast iron. Probably my most-used piece now.
