Tiny dent on the rim I barely notice, but the seasoning already looks deep and the pour spouts do their job—no drips down the side. Cornbread came out with that perfect crackly crust I was after, and it’s light enough to handle with one hand.
Bought this mostly for cornbread and it’s been perfect for that—the pour spouts make draining grease way less messy than my old pan. Arrived with a couple tiny blemishes but they don’t affect cooking at all, and it’s already seasoned beautifully after two uses.
The pour spouts on this No. 10 are what sold me—they’re clean and don’t drip, which makes transferring cornbread batter a breeze. For a factory second, the cooking surface is smooth with no rough spots, and I’ve already made two cakes in it this week.
