鋳鉄製スキレットと同じように、私たちは上質なレザーも時間とともに良くなると信じています。レザースリーブを製作するにあたり、その原則を尊重し、アメリカ国内で調達した高品質のフルグレインレザーを使用したいと考えました。握りやすさとコントロール性を高めるため、サムグリップを追加してデザインを改良し、頑丈な真鍮リベットで補強することで、何年にもわたって（そして何度の食事にも）しっかりと使い続けられるようにしました。
拡張サイズは、1クォートのソースパン、No.8＆No.10シェフスキレット、No.10およびNo.12フラットトップ、No.11ディープスキレットのハンドルにフィットします。
I’ve had mine for three weeks now and it’s already starting to soften and mold to my tablet, which is exactly what I hoped for with full-grain leather. The stitching feels solid too, no loose threads anywhere.
The leather has that rich, full-grain feel right out of the box, and I can already tell it's going to develop a nice patina with daily use. It's snug around my tablet but not tight, and the stitching looks clean all the way around. Very happy with this one.
