The wide base is a game changer—I can actually fit a full batch of chicken thighs in a single layer for proper browning before they go in the oven. It’s handled slow-cooked stews and even some baking without a hint of sticking, and the even heat distribution makes it my go-to pot now.
I’ve used it for braising short ribs twice this week, and the heat stays so even that the meat practically falls apart. The lid fits snugly enough that I didn’t need to add extra liquid, which surprised me. Cleanup was just a quick soak and a wipe.
The wide base is a game changer—I can actually fit four chicken thighs in a single layer for proper browning before they go into the braise. Lids on tight, heat distributes evenly, and cleanup with a little warm water has been painless so far.
