No. 10 Skillet

My old pan was too big for just two people, but this one is perfect—the sides are deep enough for a small batch of cornbread and it distributes heat evenly on my glass-top stove. Seasoning was already decent out of the box, and cleanup is a breeze with just a quick rinse and oil.

Baked a cornbread in it last weekend and the even heating across the bottom gave me a perfect crust every slice. The 10-inch size is just right for two people, and it handled the campfire just as well as my stove.

Cornbread comes out with that perfect crispy edge and the middles stay moist, just like I hoped. The 10-inch size is great for our little family, and the handle feels sturdy enough to swing over a campfire without worry. Only wish the sides were a touch taller for deep-dish baking.
