Como una sartén de hierro fundido, creemos que el buen cuero solo mejora con el tiempo. A la hora de confeccionar nuestras fundas de cuero, quisimos honrar ese principio seleccionando cuero de plena flor de alta calidad, aquí mismo, en Estados Unidos. Hemos refinado nuestro diseño con un agarre para el pulgar añadido que ofrece mejor palanca y control, y lo hemos reforzado con remaches de latón macizo para que todo se mantenga intacto durante años (y comidas) venideros.

La talla estándar se ajusta al mango de las sartenes tradicionales n.º 6, n.º 10, n.º 12 y n.º 14, así como a la sartén de aniversario n.º 11.

La talla extendida se ajusta al mango de la cacerola de 1 cuarto, las sartenes de chef n.º 8 y n.º 10, las planchas n.º 10 y n.º 12, y la sartén profunda n.º 11.
