Como una sartén de hierro fundido, creemos que el buen cuero solo mejora con el tiempo. A la hora de elaborar nuestras fundas de cuero, quisimos honrar ese principio seleccionando cuero de plena flor de alta calidad, aquí mismo en EE. UU. Hemos refinado nuestro diseño con un agarre para el pulgar añadido para un mejor manejo y control, y lo hemos reforzado con remaches de latón macizo para mantenerlo todo intacto durante años (y comidas) por venir.

El tamaño extendido se ajusta al mango de la cacerola de 1 Qt., las sartenes de chef n.º 8 y n.º 10, tanto las planchas n.º 10 como n.º 12, y la sartén profunda n.º 11.
