The Dutch oven has become my go-to for weekend stews, and that No. 10 skillet handles a full batch of bacon without crowding. Both have that solid, heavy feel that makes you trust them instantly.
The 5.5QT Dutch oven holds plenty for family meals, and the lid fits snugly enough that I don't lose much steam. Only gripe is the skillet feels a bit heavier than I'd like for quick flips, but it's a solid workhorse for everyday cooking.
