Broke out the sharp edge for a casserole last night and it cut through clean as a knife, then flipped the leftover slices like a champ. The weight feels solid in hand, not flimsy at all. Genuinely my new go-to for anything that needs flipping or slicing.
The large metal surface handles smash burgers exactly as advertised, and I've even used it to slice through a dense casserole cleanly. Only gripe is the handle could be a touch longer for bigger hands, but it's sturdy and does the job well.
