Grace D. ★★★★★

The polished interior is so smooth that eggs slide right off the No. 8 without any sticking, and the heat distribution across the larger No. 12 is remarkably even for searing. I've used them every day for a month now, and they've already developed a beautiful patina that makes cooking feel effortles

Brian ★★★★★

The handles on all three sizes feel perfectly balanced, even when the No. 12 is loaded with a full chicken. I've used them back-to-back for a week and the smooth interior just keeps getting slicker with each seasoning.

Harper ★★★★★

The polished cooking surface is a dream—eggs and fish slide right off without a fight. I’ve got the whole trio now, and the No. 12 handles a full chicken dinner for the family without a wobble.
