Tworząc nasze skórzane pokrowce, chcieliśmy uhonorować tę zasadę, pozyskując wysokiej jakości skórę pełnoziarnistą prosto z USA. Udoskonaliliśmy nasz projekt, dodając uchwyt na kciuk dla lepszej dźwigni i kontroli, oraz wzmocniliśmy go solidnymi mosiężnymi nitami, aby wszystko pozostało nienaruszone przez lata (i posiłki).

Standardowy rozmiar pasuje na uchwyt patelni o tradycyjnym kształcie nr 6, nr 10, nr 12 i nr 14, a także na patelnię rocznicową nr 11.

Rozmiar przedłużony pasuje na uchwyt rondla o pojemności 1 kwarty, patelni szefa kuchni nr 8 i nr 10, patelni płaskich nr 10 i nr 12 oraz głębokiej patelni nr 11.
