Edward G. ★★★★★

Swapped out my old griddle for this one and the flat surface is a game changer for pancakes — nothing sticks and they slide right off. Love that it doubles as a lid for my Dutch oven too.

Victoria ★★★★★

I was honestly skeptical a flat griddle could pull double duty, but using it as a custom-fit lid on my Dutch oven sealed the deal. The flat surface handles pancakes on the stovetop one night and then sits right over the coals in the pizza oven the next. It’s become the piece I reach for daily.

Daniel N. ★★★★☆

Used it as a lid for my Dutch oven on the stovetop and it fits perfectly, though I wish the handle sat a bit cooler. The flat surface crisped up my pizza nicely at high heat without any sticking.
