The swirl technique this thing uses is so smooth—it glides over the pan and lifts burnt bits without me having to scrub hard at all. My seasoning actually looks better after each use, which feels like a cheat code.
My cast iron has never looked this clean after cooking—the chainmail glides over the surface and lifts every burned-on bit without stripping the seasoning. It takes about thirty seconds of swirling to get a pan looking like new again.
The swirl motion glides over my cast iron like butter, but it bites right into crusted cheese that used to take forever to soak off. My pans look freshly seasoned again after just a minute of scrubbing.
