The polished interior is so smooth that eggs and delicate fish practically release on their own, which made my solo dinner prep feel effortless. It heats evenly too, so that little skillet handled a single-side sear perfectly.

Baked a single-serving apple crisp in mine last night and it came out perfect, the polished surface made cleanup a five-second wipe. These little skillets are exactly the right size for side dishes and kitchen souvenirs, and the weight feels substantial without being clumsy.

The polished interior is a game-changer—food just slides right out with barely any oil. I use mine for baking mini cornbreads and it handles the heat beautifully, though the handle does get hot without a mitt.
