The walnut handle sits perfectly in my palm, and the slotted head glides under delicate fish without tearing it apart. Finally a spatula that handles both eggs and cast iron scraping duty without flexing or scratching my pan.
I’ve been using this spatula for flipping eggs and delicate fish in my cast iron pan, and the thin slotted edge works perfectly without tearing anything. The walnut handle gives it a nice weight that makes scraping up stuck bits feel effortless, though it’s the precision that really sells it for me.
The walnut handle sits so comfortably in my hand, and the thin edge slips right under a fried egg without tearing the yolk. It also scrapes up the burnt bits from my cast iron skillet in one smooth pass, which saves me from scrubbing later.
