Handgenäht und mit dem Smithey-Logo auf hochwertigem Wildleder versehen, ist dieser Topflappen das hochwertigste und zuverlässigste Haltewerkzeug, das wir je verwendet haben. The stitching has held up perfectly through daily use, and the suede is thick enough that I never feel heat even when grabbing a screaming-hot skillet. It’s already softened up nicely, which makes it feel even more secure in my hand.
It’s my second month using it and the suede has molded to my grip perfectly—the hand-stitching feels rock solid, not a single loose thread. Honestly, it’s the one kitchen tool I grab without thinking now.
The stitching held up perfectly through a full month of heavy daily use, and the suede has only gotten softer and more supple each week. It grips hot cast iron handles with zero slip, exactly like I hoped it would.
